Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.

Personalized, customized, engraved, resized, or special-order jewellery is non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and similar body-worn jewellery cannot be returned.

Products bought during clearance sales, promotions, or discounts are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process

Once approved, carefully pack the item with all original documents and packaging.

Ship the product back to our store address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Credits

Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
